There are two different types of accounts for TourReady because we target two types of users - users that want to find work, and users that want to hire crew. Depending on what your purpose for using TourReady is, you would create an account that satisfies your needs. 

If you want to find work, you would create a 'Get Hired' account. If you want to hire crew, you would create a 'Hire' account. If you want to find work and hire crew, you need to set up two separate accounts. Additional features to access multiple accounts are currently being developed to make it easier to switch between accounts.
